The production method of Shounuo Steel?

Most steel processing is carried out through pressure processing, causing the steel (bars, ingots, etc.) being processed to undergo plastic deformation. Depending on the temperature of the steel processing, it is divided into cold processing and hot processing.

The main processing methods of steel include:

Rolling: By passing the metal billet through the gap between a pair of rotating rolls (various shapes), due to the compression by the rolls, the cross-sectional area of the material decreases and the length increases. This is a pressure processing method used most commonly in the production of steel, mainly used for producing profiles, plates, and pipes. It is divided into cold rolling and hot rolling.

Forging: Using the reciprocating impact force of a forging hammer or the pressure of a press to change the shape and size of the billet to the required shape and size. - Generally divided into free forging and die forging, commonly used for producing large sections, opening billets, etc.

Drawing: This is a processing method where the already rolled metal billet (shapes, tubes, products, etc.) is pulled through a die hole to reduce the cross-sectional area and increase the length. It is mostly used for cold processing.

Extrusion: This is a processing method where the metal is placed in a closed extrusion mold, one end is subjected to pressure, and the metal is extruded from the specified die hole to obtain a finished product with the same shape and size. It is mostly used for producing non-ferrous metal materials.
